A Little Bit About Me

Hi everyone 💚

I am so excited to finally start writing and opening up with this blog! I am 28 years old, I work in EMS, I am a fire inspector and am in the Navy reserves. I’m down to earth and love a good adventure. I want to make this a safe environment for everyone including myself. Hate speech, disrespect and just being rude won’t be tolerated. I want to talk happiness within the soul and anything else that sparks the curiosity in me. Enjoy reading.

Reading

I love to read. Old books, new books, anything that intrigues me. One day I hope to have a little library nook at home.

Exploring

Adventure should honestly be my middle name. I love to travel, to explore and adventure around. Learning about new cultures, cities and countries is amazing.

Writing

I have always written in journals, so I was glad to get that extra push to start this blog. I love sharing ideas and interests.

Health

I’m striving to be healthier, in both mind and body. Learning to love to exercise and eat right is a little struggling. I’m up for the challenge though.

Been in the Navy for 8 years. I currently am in the Reserves as Hospital Corpsman “medic.” I was a Damage Controlman previously. I have a love/hate relationship with the Navy but they helped me grow and become more of who I am today.

I want to also say a big thank you to my boyfriend “editor.” He always helps me out when I get stuck on punctuation, or a thought. ❤️
