SO! I actually COMPLETED this challenge. There were a few days where I had to double up on or skip just because of how busy I was. What I noticed about doing this was my form got a lot better. My body mechanics got better, which helps me with my EMT job. Lastly I became stronger. Not just physically but spiritually as well. It showed me that if I keep up with things and stay determined I can complete challenges and gain benefits from it. Keep pushing! Dont quit, you have the strength to continue and push on (:

Day 2 of my Butt and Gut workout. I know it technically should be day three but I wasn’t able to start on the first of August. Instead of waiting a whole month to start on the first of September I decided to start yesterday. Does that throw the 30 days off? Nope, it just means I am determined to finish this and nothing will stay in my way. It doesn’t matter when you start. What matters is that you start.
Do Something For You!
Doing challenges for yourself is not only motivational, but it’s beneficial for you in more ways than one. I want to start off August with a determined and positive outlook on the upcoming month. I want to fill it with inspiration, motivation, new challenges and maybe even results. Starting now I will be doing a 30 Day Fitness Challenge. My challenge to ya’ll is to do a challenge with me! It could be this same exact one or something more to your liking. It doesn’t even have to be fitness. It could be taking a picture of something new everyday. This challenge is for you, your body, your mind, and your soul. This challenge is meant to reconnect yourself with you, to show you how strong, motivated and strong willed you can be. I will be doing this challenge with my biggest supporter and motivator that I am so happy to have! You can do this on your own, with friends or anyone! I will be more than happy to have you as a partner in this challenge 🙂
What My Challenge Will Be
I’m choosing this challenge because it seems manageable. I can do this literally anytime during the day. I like that it is simple, yet it works different parts of the body so you can have a fun workout. I found this workout off of Pinterest (I know its pretty much my favorite site). I plan on sticking to this to see how much stronger I can get. I also am excited because I get to keep you involved with me on one of my new journeys! Along with fitness, there was a self appreciating challenge I saw that I thought was cute.
I’m excited, and I hope you guys are too. I can’t wait to see how I feel and how much I will accomplish! I hope you have fun and feel motivated and inspired! Let the challenge begin!
